On this safari we were joined by a French couple on their honeymoon. None of us were particularly good at each others language, but as is the norm their English was far better than our French. We did manage to communicate somehow though and generally had a good time.
This evening we went out pretty much as the previous night and the area we travelled was busy with other tour buses.
Here we have the dominant male chasing off a young buck to protect his harem and propagate his genes.

Again I was surprised to see this wildebeest on his own. This tends to leave them exposed to predators. They are much safer in a herd.
