This was a lone male elephant grazing close to the road, who was unperturbed by our presence. At least he wasn't disappearing into the bush and virtually anybody would have spotted him. |
 This family of elephants had been grazing close to the road, but as we approached they moved off into the bush. As they had young elephants the matriarch was being somewhat protective and warned us off. |

As the matriarch got more excited - she even began to chase us, the others had had enough and were off at quick as they could!  |
